Andrei Bremzen

BP Assistant Professor of Economics at the New Economic School

Research Interests:

Game theory, auction theory, contract theory, behavioral economics, experimental economics, political economy, health economics, industrial organization.

Short Bio:

Since September 2004, Andrei Bremzen has been Assistant Professor at the New Economic School, where he has been teaching regular courses of «Industrial Organization» (graduate level), «Game Theory» (graduate level), «Contract Theory» (graduate level), «Microeconomics 5: Principal-Agent  theory» (graduate level). He also taught a regular course of «Mathematics for Economists» (graduate level) at Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

He received a Ph.D. in economics at Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2004. In 1997 he graduated from the Moscow State University with a major in mathematics and in 1999 received M.A. in economics at the New Economic School.

Andrei Bremzen jointly with NES professor Anton Suvorov is a founder of the Laboratory of Experimental Economics at the New Economic School.
