Socio-economic effects of the ecological change in the Baltic region | 15-10-2010
 
The project was implemented for the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA)

Project Summary:

Activities under the project included:
  • Accumulating the existing data from scientific and other sources (for instance, state authorities reports, consulting firms reports) about economic effects of the marine environment change of the Baltic Sea. The data was separately collected for each country sharing the Baltic Sea coastline (Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Russia and Sweden).
  • Preparing country reports for each country sharing the Baltic Sea coastline, which sum up the collected data on economic aftereffects.
  • Preparing complex report on economic aftereffects on the basis of the country reports.
