Development of the principles of formation of preventive response to negative developments in the economy, based on the model complex aimed at forming the short-term (up to 1 year) forecasts of socio-economic development of the countries - members of CES | 23-11-2012

The project is implemented for the Eurasian Economic Commission.


Project Description:

The purpose of the work is creation of conditions for effective implementation by the Commission of the powers, ensuring timeliness of development and realization of the coordinated responses to the negative phenomena at the expense of creation of tools of an assessment of prospects of development of economy of the Parties for the short-term period.

The objective is to create a tool device for building short-term forecasts of economic development of the Republic of Belarus, Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation based on a common methodology of modern economic approaches.

The initial data are the official statistical indicators of the growth of the economies of the countries — members of Common Economic Space (CES), indicators of development of other countries and the world economy. In addition, as the initial data used regulations of the Parties, under law regulations normative and methodological character, documents, 16 developed (accepted) within the existing integration organizations in the CIS, also can be used as accumulated experience of the European Union and other integration associations, regulatory, methodological, and training documents developed by the international organizations.
