The project is implemented for the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
The goal of the research is to study the requirements to organizations constituting the infrastructure of small and medium-sized business support.
In line with the intended purpose the following objectives are supposed to be implemented:
- to develop the methodology to study the requirements to organizations constituting the infrastructure of small and medium-sized business support;
- to collect and analyse information on the level of development of organizations constituting the infrastructure of small and medium-sized enterprises support in Russia and in the OECD countries;
- to work out proposals to regulatory enshrine the requirements to organizations constituting the infrastructure of small and medium-sized business support which are established and maintained under the federal program of financial support to small and medium-sized business.
